La atención del personal fue excelente, las personas que estaban en recepción muy amables, su explicación fue muy amplia y el registro fue en 5 minutos, el desayuno estaba incluido, los meseros muy amables en todo momento estaban al pendiente de las necesidades de mi familia, el cuarto muy limpio, el cancel del baño estaba nuevo, solo que tenía demasiado silicón en la parte inferior, tenía plastas, lo que daba una imagen de oxidado, el hotel es petfriendly,lo cual me gustó mucho,el hotel muy limpio, muy céntrico, tiene lugar de estacionamiento, mi estancia fue muy agradable, en definitiva volvería con mi familia y mascota..

Muy buena, llegue antes del check in y fui recibida. Solo creo que falt un poco d e mantenimiento en las instalaciones, la salida al balcón estaba poco atascada. Pero en general muy buen servicio.

El personal super amable en todas las áreas, el hotel muy limpio, tienen servicio de restaurante y tiene muy buena ubicación para visitar los lugares de interés. En general un muy buen servicio solo dos cosas; en la publicidad no mencionaban que el área de la alberca estaba en remodelación y las toallas son muy viejitas.
