Comfort Inn Edison - New Brunswick

The location is excellent. Everything is within easy reach, and it's in an outstanding area. The breakfast is very good. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the room is quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Mr. Abdul for his kindness and warm hospitality.

It would be great if the rooms had a microwave. We noticed that there was a shared microwave in the restaurant, but having one in the room would be much more convenient.

Carpets were smelly, zinc is at the entrance. The call at exactly 12 asking if I'm checking out,.also ask booking for 2 beds,I was giving a queen ,l had to pay an additional $15.00 for two beds.

I’m leaving a negative review for several reasons. The internet did not work. Most likely, the wrong information was entered when I was registered for the room, because I entered the correct information on my end, but the internet still did not recognize me. I needed internet access for work, so I had to use my mobile data instead, which was very inconvenient. It was also extremely noisy at night. People were yelling, making loud noises, and disturbing other guests around 2–3 a.m. The doors also slammed very loudly because there are no door dampers, soft-close hinges, or proper door closers. If hotel management had installed even basic door dampers, the noise would not have been so loud and unpleasant. I also do not understand why I was placed in that area with a child if the hotel knew there were guests staying for vacation. It is strange that hotel management allows this level of noise at night. I should not have to get up in the middle of the night and go to the front desk to resolve this. Otherwise, it is unclear what the hotel staff are there for.

We wanted to visit New York but the hotels were too expensive, I found this online very close and affordable and took a chance, it was great , clean , spacious and the staff very friendly, we ended up staying two nights.
