The property is located across from shops and right next to a restaurant, and very close to the heart of the City of Fairfax and I-66. When we entered, the front desk clerk acted as though he couldn't be bothered with us. He seemed distracted and annoyed. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar had the standard eggs, meat, potato and also a pancake station. Coffee is available in the entry at all times. We have stayed here once before and like the location and rooms.

"Terrible I’ll never use your site to book if it’s going to cause issues"

The property is very clean. Everything was neat. Everything looks like the pictures on the website.

The receptionist refused to cancel my reservation that I accidentally additionally booked and you guys would not approve a free cancellation for that mistake

Stayed here for a concert and honestly we enjoyed our stay. It was close to the concert venue, red lobster, pizza, burger place, coffee shop and amazon fresh right there. Front desk was very helpful with my questions and helped me find out the best way to get to the venue. Bathroom is a bit dated but who cares thats cosmetic. I would stay again if going to a concert in Fairfax again.
