Shower was very nice for handicap person. but the shower bars was poorly placed for stepping out of shower area.

the bathroom mirror was too high for a short person or handicap person to use, there was no full length mirror in the room, the handicap room was not compatible for a walker or a wheelchair. the one chair in the room was not handicap compatible, no arms, too low sitting, and there was no office chair for the desk, as there was only 2 ft of space between desk and bed. narrow path between tv and bed, no couch, as was requested , or space enough to put hide a bed. VERY poor lighting in the room. bed was too high for comfortably sitting on or to get into for handicap person, and questionable comfort level of bed for sleep. clothes bar for hanging clothes is too high for short people. only one very small trash can in the room. was continually asking for complete set of towels but never got them, had to chase them down 3 times for enough towels to get ready for a wedding. Lost a lot of time trying to get towels enough to cover 3 days of stay.

Rooms are outdated and small, we booked 2 bed room for 3 people, but beds were much smaller then expected/ advertised

It’s was close to the park we wanted to hang out at. It also included breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and had a mixed experience, and I was hoping they made improvements. They did, in fact the breakfast experience is better. They now have enough chairs for the breakfast area and the breakfast staff is more attentive about cleanliness and restocking food items that run out. On the other hand, the housecleaning staff is terrible. During my three-night stay, the staff never once changed towels, emptied trash or cleaned the floor. The room is gross. I walked around my room one evening in white socks and they turned black with grime. While returning to my room one afternoon at 5:00pm, hoping to find a clean room, there were no fewer than four housecleaning staff in the corridor playing on their phones, and as I got to my room door, one said to me "you probably don't want housecleaning now" and walked away. 5:00pm, no housecleaning, just a smirk and another day with no clean towels or toilet paper. If you plan to stay at this hotel, bring a mop and a towel and plan to buy your own toilet paper.

I’m bilingual. The front desk person, Victor, was telling me one thing in English, but saying something else to his coworkers in Spanish. Then he took my ID to a back room and forgot to return it. I found the whole exchange very rude and offensive. Then the room had a terrible chemical smell the whole time. It was hot. The TV did not have power. The elevators were absolutely terrifying and it took 20 minutes to go down 3 floors. Looks much better in pictures. I’m shocked that I paid $380 for one night here. I was in town for a wedding, and it was one of the more affordable options. Based on the facilities and experience, it’s not even worth $100/night. Avoid at all costs. Literally.

That it was close to the art festival that I came to be a part of

One of our bed sheets had a stain on it. It looked like it wasn't changed. I got in the shower, got my big hair wet and realized that housekeeper only left 2 small bottles of conditioner and not shampoo at all. I came to Jupiter for an art festival. Had gross and yucky hair all day at the festival. Door to our room had a really hard time closing. I believe I deserve at least half of my money back. For the amount I paid, my experience was awful.
