"The overall stay was very nice and everyone was vey professional"

What I like the most was the warm welcome when I arrived. That is what made the stay even better. Everything was nice and smelled fresh and clean. The outside had a nice area to sit and just relax. The overall stay was excellent

"Good Stay"

The phone did not work for Room Service and the AC was not cooling. I will say the staff was SUPER friendly. When I went to check in the payment system was down but both front desk host handled things super and it was fixed quickly. When my phone did not work for room service I called the FD from my cell she was wonderful. She helped me right away. ALL of the staff I came to encounter were smiling and friendly.

"Slept in the previous guest’s blood/bodily fluids"

I am a bit shaken up and disgusted as I write this. On Friday May 16th (2025) at about 11:30pm I arrived to check in for my stay. I had been traveling since the prior day and I was extremely exhausted so once I got my key card I came straight to the room, got ready for bed and went to sleep. I woke up as normal and went about my day. At around 1pm I decided that I wanted to take a nap before my eventful night. To my shock as I pulled back the cover, I discovered what I think is a huge stain of blood or bodily fluid (I took pictures for reference). I became immediately disgusted because my body slept on top of that all night! I am horrified! I immediately called down to the front desk but I got no answer so I took pictures and went downstairs to speak with the front desk. She was super apologetic and immediately offered to comp (not my entire stay) but 1 night of my stay. She also reassured me that house keeping and their supervisor would be coming to my room to see the issue and change the bedding. After waiting about 30 mins I went down to the front desk to ask where housekeeping and the supervisor was. She was a bit confused and thought that they had came up already and I said No! I really felt like there was no urgency. Once they did come up to the room I was provided an explanation on how this could have been missed. I feel like things of this magnitude should not get missed! I can not express enough how disgusted I felt knowing I slept in that! I’m crying just writing this because I am so shaken up. I don’t think O will be back!

Check in time was 3pm but room wasn’t available until 6pm after we had to threaten leaving to find another hotel to stay at. Dirty towels, dirty floors. Hot & humid room.
