We were able to check in an hour early. The location is good. The room was a decent size & clean.

We had a 2 night stay. We exited our room by 10 am after the first night, but housekeeping did not come to our room to refresh towels or toiletries so we ran out of wash cloths & completely out of toilet paper by check out time. It also would have been nice to have bacon available for breakfast. The pancake machine was something new, but no instructions on how to use it?? Also no yogurt was available our first morning & ran out of eggs, so that was disappointing.

Our room was very clean, the breakfast was great. Friday night the heater in the pool was down. They wouldn't cancel my reservation without charging me for the night. Even if I went to another hotel in the chain. Problem fixed Sat.

This facility needs updating. The lobby and breakfast area are beautiful. When is the new carpeting coming in the halls and rooms. Get a Mr. CLEAN magic eraser sponge and scrub the black film accumulated on the white ring in the pool. I have allergies..took of the heat cover and was floored by the stuff in the heating unit. A great maintenance man cleaned it out while we were at our meeting. Please bring your facility up to date so it's quality can represent the Best Western brand name.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The cost of the room was high for this type of hotel and it didn't provide enough parking. The breakfast and coffee could have been better.

The bed was nice.

First room was so dirty that we had to change rooms. Second room was tolerable. The room was uncomfortably warm at 63°. Breakfast was OK, but ran out of white bread.
