La Quinta by Wyndham Plantation at SW 6th St

Location was convenient for my stay. Wendy at the reception was super helpful. Breakfast was great.

The property is very dingy & dated. There is constant odour in lobby suggesting not cleaned properly. Breakfast is nothing to talk about.

Need to clean the elevator, I’d rather not mention any thing else. I moved to a different room which was much better!

Ponerle pésimo es demasiado, olor horrible, encontré pelos en la cama, en el lavabo, poca iluminación todo oxidado y deteriorado, sin mantenimiento, estuve alojado en este hotel hace dos años y medio y no era así, por eso volvimos, pero la decepción fue total, jamás volvería

The odor when you came into the hotel. Then the same in the hallways are hotel rooms. I was told it’s the chemicals products used but I don’t believe it. The check in person wasn’t the friendliest and was pressing me out to bring down the bell cart whole the reason I was in the lobby was for that reason I’d just had brought it down and parked it with the other bell carts. The ac and heat wasn’t the best. It would randomly cut off if it was set to a certain temperature. The beds were full sized beds not queen sized. Very cramped. The tub drain thingy was put on top of the drain and it was rusty too. And saw 2 roaches when coming into the room. The hotel housekeeping just left someone’s dirty sheets and the trans can at the elevator and then next day an insane amount out trash was there too and looked like feces was on the floor dried up and smeared. Had to buy sprays to get the smell out and overall I just wouldn’t come back. My experience wasn’t at all pleasurable. And my allergies were acting up not sure what it was in the building. Top it off we thought our cat ran out and the staff didn’t attempt to actually help except for one person. Granted the cat was hidden in the bed. Personally if we didn’t pay prior we would have went to another hotel to stay at.
