Regency Inn & Suites-Hamilton Place

Motel was built in a depression. Entrance to the place meant driving down a short, steep incline, while turning the van to park parallel to the entrance. Drinking around the motel was tight—- if another vehicle was long, there wasn’t a lot of room to maneuver. I ate in my room from the picnic basket. The van is big and not easy to park. One family was parked next to my spot. I was afraid if the other family parked in their spot next to mine, I would have trouble parking th van

I am not going to rewrite previous comment and put it here. The location is not fixable. It is what it is. Fortunately, I don’t think Chattanooga gets much snow.

Quick and easy check in with friendly staff room was nice and clean

Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk was friendly.

The room was dated. Only gave 1 shampoo for 2 ppl. The coffee pot did not work and didn't have access to the lobby to get any because doors were locked.

Late check-in. Bed unmade, obviously slept in. No clean wash cloths. I’m a retired US Marine, better than sleeping in a f@rt sack on the ground, but you expect more for $70/night.

We have used this facility from time to time for the past 8 years and have found it to be very good each time. It is always pleasant to find the same people operating the facility and they are always very friendly and kind. We appreciate the price and the availability.
