Arrived at 15:30 and was at first told my room was not ready. After complaining I was provided a room on the first floor. The room was next to the pool room and was noisy with kids playing in the pool. As far as other reviews. Air was working great in the room as it was a hot day. The carpet in the halls is dingy and needs replaced. I would stay again for an overnight stop over. I only stayed because my flight got rebooked.

I was disappointed that the coffee maker as well as the table lamp in our room did not work, even though they were plugged in. There was only one light bulb in the lamp. There was no soap/body wash in the bathroom, so we had to was our hands, faces and bodies in the shower with shampoo. The management is failing to inspect whether all the amenities promised to guests are being made available.
