Rooms dirty hallways dirty smells like mildew. No room cleaning.

Thin walls could hear my neighbors arguing until 2am. When returning on second day found dead bugs in a few spots in my room. Noisy construction company next door moving materials late at night (not controlled by the hotel obviously but after the other issues wanted to make note) it’s an ok place to stay but pricy for the experience I had.

Breakfast and the bed The breakfast time was short 6-9 am.The worst.No variaty to choose from.When you are on vacation who wants to get up early.Your breakfast stunk so we went out to eat. My bed squeeked.The springs must have been broken.I asked for a different mattress but never got one.Poor service.

The room was very dirty and very damp. Had an odor to it. The bathroom was very small. There was BLACK MOLD on the bathroom ceiling and floor.The floors of the room were dirty and sticky.We had to ask for fresh towels when we returned from being out all day.Our room was never cleaned and our beds were never made.

This is the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The grounds around the hotel are in poor condition and everything inside is in major need of updating. The staircase walking up to our room was filthy, the carpeting looked as if it had never been cleaned and was covered with stains. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, shower curtain rod broken, toilet seat stained. I made sure to wear flipflops while walking around the room and wore them in the shower. Mattress was very firm, bedding was stained. I contemplated buying sheets at nearby Target and was concerned about possibility of bedbugs. AC was noisy - bring earplugs. I felt sorry for the staff, it’s clearly not their fault but the ownership’s lack of attention to updates. We were in the area for a concert at SPAC and wanted something inexpensive - I cannot believe we paid over $500 to stay here for 2 nights. Based on the condition of the hotel, we should have only paid $150 max. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $100 and stay somewhere else. Pictures on expedia do not represent the current state of this place.

The location was good for my purposes. But the room was discusting. Floors were sticky and looked dirty. Holes in bathroom walls and ceiling. Not all the outlets worked. Bed sheets felt very uncomfortable, almost clamy. Glad it was only 1 night

Room was fine. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. I had an injured hand and a bacterial infection on my face. The guy at the front desk made me feel infinitely worse about and already horrible day.

Property is dated. But in a bad way. No elevator. Mold in bathroom. Water pressuer non-existent. Toilet paper holder coming out of wall. No turn-down service the three days we stayed (no Do-Not-Disturb sign either). Probably should've checked out sooner, but it was just a place to rest for a few hours while in area for work, and almost everything else was booked. But would not recommend.

Crappy beds were not comfortable for the money not worth it.break

This property was not well maintained. The hallway carpets were not vacuumed and did not get vacuumed while we were there. The room was outdated and needed a lot of maintenance, like paint and patching of walls. There were cobwebs in the corners. Also, the TV did not work. The floor in the room was damp throughout our stay. Front desk staff seemed uninterested.
