The shopping stores are very convenient.

Hallways need a good cleaning/ vacuuming.

The place was safe, quiet and clean. My dog stayed free of charge. The staff was friendly and very helpful especially, Antonio.

I've stay at this location on multiple times after a day at Saratoga but this time they put me in a room that seemed to be next to the heating /AC vent and inside the room it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Went downstairs and asked for a new room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a couple half naked laying on the bed. Once again went downstairs and the front desk employee gave me another room and when I opened the door the room was not made (no sheets, bedspread, towels, etc) by this time I just wanted to get some rest so just layed on the mattress and at 5am went down to get towels so I could take a quick shower and be on my way. I've always had a good experience at the RR but not this time.

first television didnt work we went in early to get up at 5 so we went to bed. problem for at 3 or 4 hours people coming an going talking making noise banging on floors upstairs didnt die down until 2 a.m. never went to red roof never will again shower no handrails easy to take a flopwe are seniors!

Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Couldn't use the ac because it was to noisy. Shower was a little tricky. Room was clean but hallway could use a good vaccuming.

Overall we had a decent stay. The staff was great. My lower rating for the area is because there were some derelict buildings next door, not that the hotel could do anything. If we ever visit again I would stay there.

It was filthy, the hallways stairs everything was dirty. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke. The jetted tub had grime and filth and when the jests started a bunch off dirt and black stuff shot out, it was gross
