Comfort Inn & Suites East Hartford - Hartford

I clearly booked suite for 3 adults, but only had enough towels for 2. I had to get more towels from front desk. The sofa bed's linens hadn't been changed since previous guests.

It was located close to the highway and met our needs for the night.

It was shabby. The bathroom door was half painted, carpeting was coming up at the edges, there were scrape marks all over the walls, the wheels on the luggage cart were almost flat.

Nothing

I woke up with bed bug bites. Reached out to the manager and he was rude.

Breakfast was decent. King Suite was a decent size.

Each space/ floor of the hotel had different smells. Poor ventilation if you have breathing issues. Our King suite looked unfinished the floor panels were about 1/2 away from the bottom of the wall. Furniture was extremely warn. Couch did not look safe to sit on- fear of bed bugs honestly. The highway is within 100ft of hotel. You can cars on the freeway all night long. Fear the cars might derail and end up in your room. There were customers arguing loudly with staff. Facility is small and the elevator is very small and has a wet/ musk odor to it.

The close proximity to downtown area and Dunkin Park. The staff was nice and helpful

Very dirty, and smelly.
