Cleaning staff had bad attitudes was not able to give me any new towels or rags said they needed to wash laundry but I seen them 2hrs later bringing towels and rags to others. I stayed a whole weekend and couldn’t get another rag or towel.

The bed was SO INCREDIBLY comfortable....it was like sleeping on a cloud that just encompassed my body which felt like being hugged all night. They provided five pillows that were also INCREDIBLY soft and gave me the best support for my head and neck. I've ALWAYS struggled to get even four hours of uninterrupted sleep a night, however, I can honestly say that I actually was able to get a full NINE hours of sleep for the first time in many years!!! Once I got up and dressed, (it was SO INCREDIBLY HARD to get out of bed after that amazing night's sleep), my son and I were ready for breakfast. To be quite honest, I'm not usually impressed with the breakfast that hotels/motels may provide because the food usually tastes awful; the options that are supposed to be hot usually never are; menu options are limited; not enough food was prepared, and usually there's no staff there to help if you have any questions or have special dietary needs. These scenarios I've listed, however, ARE NOT applicable for this hotel!!!! The hotel provides numerous options for you to enjoy regardless of your preferences....so many that it took me a long time to decide! To give you an idea of their offerings, here's a partial list of what I can remember: HOT MENU ITEMS: Scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, and oatmeal. COLD MENU ITEMS: Muffins, toast, pastries, donuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. BEVERAGE OPTIONS: Hot chocolate, tea, coffee, orange juice, milk, apple juice, fruit punch, and water. Sugar free and gluten free items were provided. The area was kept extremely clean and organized. Plates, bowls, cups, utensils, condiments, and napkins were provided in abundance.

This wasn't my first stay so when I was asked to pay a deposit of $100 in case I did any damage to my room, I questioned the Front Desk Clerk if it was truly necessary. I pointed out that I had stayed there several times over the past ten years and I was never required to pay a deposit and my room was very clean when I checked out. He didn't seem to care at all. I did pay the deposit, however, I still disagree with the policy.
