La Quinta by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

The location was good.

The property was horrible. Dirty. Room smelled like urine. I did not stay.

the staff in the front desk is not very friendly, no smile at all. the breakfast has very little choice, the hot water is not hot at all. the bed is not comfortable, the hotel is cheap, they shapoo and hair condition they give us is soo cheap with bad quality. no free bottle water in the room like the other standard hotel does. the entire hotel smell bad

Quiet room. Comfortable bed.

Room was dirty, curtains full of holes, old furniture damaged and ratty. Dirty old carpet.

Proximity to airport

Room was musty and not clean, looked like someone just brushed their teeth and I had to wipe counter. Room smells musty.

Location, breakfast, staff and shuttle. Place needs alittle TLC but pretty good otherwise.

Just that the hotel needs alittle TLC.

Good location for my work. Room was clean, everything worked well.

Bathroom toilet area needs an update especially to baseboards around toilet area, and shower rod was loose.

It smelled clean in the foyer, but the area didn't feel safe.

The room door could not open properly, and was the only room available. Initially, Adam was not compliant about refunding, but when he tried to open the room door and could not get it opened, he quickly refunded, so in the end it worked put. This LA Quinta needs to be smashed and rebuilt, the rooms smell.likw a sinus attack, damp and stuffy. A big No for me.

I usually stay at this location when in that area.

Management needs to staff better during holidays.
