Very outdated, slim pickings when it comes to accommodating guests

I never care for your continental breakfast.

The elevator didn't work and our room had a foul order.

Absolutely nothing

For starters the moment you walked in it smell of stale cigarette smoke slapped you in the face. Check in was not too bad since I did pre-check in but once we got to our floor the stale cigarette smell I felt just got worse. THEN opening the room door was a task in itself, the door wouldn’t open no matter how many time we tried until finally twisting the knob the opposite direction. And lastly, we had reserved a room with double beds and one of the beds was basically completely broken on one side (very much visibly broken) and once again the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. For the price we paid I honestly don’t think it was worth it. Oh and the pool was out of commission 🙄 I have stayed in the exact hotel before and to tell you the truth it was better before.

The floor was dirty hair everywhere and like it hadn’t been swept. The bed sheets had stains on it.

The hotel is a bit old, but it met my expectations. The amenities are a good size. Housekeeping only comes if you request it. The staff is wonderful, and there are snack machines in case you need to buy something.

breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast—it was very limited. Out of the 5 days we stayed, they only had boiled eggs on 2 days. Otherwise, it was just bread, waffles, and jam.
