Excellent location and very clean. Very quiet at night and felt safe.

Nothing. My stay was a nightmare. I do not recommend this place.

I’m very sensitive to mold. When I got to the room, my throat and nose started burning because of the moldy smell coming from the AC unit. The maintenance guy who came to check it opened the unit in front of us. It was dirty and had stagnant, stinking water inside. He said, “I can clean it, but I don’t think the smell will go away.” We asked for a room change. The staff showed me a room on the 3rd floor that didn’t have a smell, but my mom has a pinched nerve and can only do 1st floor. When we asked for a different 1st-floor room, I was told there weren’t any in the price range I paid. I found that very rude — I didn’t pay for a moldy room either. I told him money wasn’t the issue and I’d pay the difference, but I wasn’t staying in a moldy room and risking getting sick. They then gave us the handicap room on the 1st floor. It smelled very humid, so I asked for Lysol to be sprayed. They said someone would come soon, but after 2 hours I had to ask again for it to be sprayed. Then, in the middle of the night, I got up to use the bathroom and there was a roach in the bathroom. It was disgusting. I will never stay at this place or recommend it to anyone.

The TV and cable was antiquated; limited cable; no streaming; audio did not come through on several channels. Overall did not watch TV much because of the problems.
