Room was clean staff was friendly

The pool area looks awful, I was prepared to enjoy the whilpool and swim only to be disappointed by the garden and pool area poorly upkept both really are in need of cleaning and upgrade as I was sitting from the balcony that view should be pleasant to look at but it is not. My stay was wonderful otherwise and would return or recommend to friends.

The room clearly had water damage and it smelled like mildew. The room had visible repairs that were not done properly. I wish I had thought of taking pictures to show the water damage on walls and ceiling. The balcony seemed unsteady and slanted downward.

Expected more value for the money spent

The room was large & location was conveniently located next to many dining & shopping options. Overall I feel that value didn’t match the price. Too expensive for what Likes: Large size rooms Comfortable bed Cold room Complimentary snacks Convenient location Nice exterior of property Dislikes: Hot water wasn’t always available in shower Dated rooms & carpets Don’t get room 325. The entire room shakes when the laundry is going.

Everything was great. Hope to go back soon.

The front desk is very nice and kind

Loved the place , breakfast, location

They were able to accommodate baby crib and extra linens and blankets. We were able to check in 45 min early at no charge which was a huge help.

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. But the room had a foul smell. It would go away after running AC for few minutes. But every time I entered the room, I felt it.
