"Excellent"

Liked the hot chocolate coffee bar. The breakfast was very good. Liked that we got cookies. Liked that they gave us a to go breakfast bag when we were unable to attend their regular breakfast. The only down side was the bed was too hard for us otherwise great stay! The gym was very nice. Well maintained property.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, hot and big hot tub, clean room and nice beds. No complaints. I have stayed here 3 times in 2024 so far. Great hotel.

I have stayed mid week 3 times now and the rate is still $200. I wish it was better priced but the hotel is great.

I'm a Hilton Honors member and I try to stay at a Hilton property whenever possible. In Wausau, there are two choices; the Hilton Garden Inn and this place. I accidentally went to the Garden Inn first and should have stayed there. This place was extremely overpriced (the Garden Inn was cheaper) and the "view" out of my room was absolutely laughable (see photo). Never again.

Property was conveniently located. Lobby is inviting. Staff was nice at front desk. They have a small pantry store with snacks and drinks that you can charge to the room.

The beds are horrible.My husband and I tossed and turned all night because it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Also, although you can charge the pantry store items to your room, the front desk did not verify that we indeed were in the room we were in and did not provide a receipt for our purchases. They just asked what room and then said ok. Very casual about it. It’s an odd business practice.
