The whole place needs renovating . Woke up with bedbug bites.

Staff in office was wonderful and very helpful. But that is the only positive thing to say. Property is very dingy and run down...tattered, ripped carpet, disgusting mini fridge that froze everything, microwave didn't work, TV/remote never worked properly (even a replacement remote), tub faucet was not fully functional and poorly installed (i.e. sticking out of the wall), dirty and/or stained walls, stains on ceiling tiles, etc.... I simply cannot recommend this facility despite the wonderful desk staff.

The AC didn't work very well and was noisy. There were numerous sighs of neglect and disabuse. At least the plumbing works.

Staff were very rude when I showed them the bed bug my husband and I had in our room. They would not give a refund, and would not contact the manager. When I called the manager, I had to leave a message. STILL haven’t heard back from them. I had photos and the bed bug it’s self wrapped in a napkin. I was a horrible experience. 😢

I would stay AGAIN!!! honestly it was a walk from downtown, amazing pizza/icecream shop Buckees across the street. A bbq joint across the parking lot, the pool is not heated but well kept and cute bungalow area around the pool. It was super quiet honestly. Id definitely stay agaim. Breakfast was great waffles and donuts/coffee. Staff was super friendly. Hotel is old and the rooms have a pretty gross musky smell (even made some of my clothes smell that way) so bring AIR freshner! Small tvs but they work. The room and bathroom was honestly super clean just looked old/outdated walls and cielings. But id say the cleanliness besides smell was 8/10 NO hairs in the tub or bed (and thats hard to do!) . Loved this hotel..

Room and hotel was clean. But could use better maintenance. Tiles in room off the wall amongst other items around hotel. As a whole it was a fine place to stay for the value.
