Days Inn by Wyndham Montrose

No ice, no washclothes, room was not very clean and smelled like old cigarrettes even though it was a "non-smoking" room.

From the crumbling parking lot to the broken a/c & hair & bugs in the tub...I definitely won't be recommended this motel. I will say the bed was ok & most important to me, it was clean.

The pictures reflect a brand new building, maybe from when they opened in the 70's. However the reality is it doesn't look like the building has been touched since then. The towel rack was hanging off the wall, the window curtain didn't fit. We kept it closed with a chip clip. The walls were stained and splattered. Our room didn't even have a smoke detector. Code violation?? We cut our trip short and only stayed one night. However, the housekeeping staff did a good job trying to make guests comfortable. Clean linens and bathroom. But you can slap lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig.

They can work on the cleanliness of the property as a whole with special focus on bed mattress and pillows quality. Breakfast was not good. There were hardly any options. Even bread and eggs were missing.

The staff was friendly, but the facility is really run down. Everything about the place feels wore out. It really needs a remodel or a complete rebuild. I would be embarrassed to own or run that place. Also, a $100 cash deposit or separate credit card (if you use a debit card) is required to stay. Never seen that before. Not sure it's needed for a place that is clearly milking a decrepit building for all it's worth anyway. But it was clean, so at least they got that right.

well check in was great but when i got into the room no micro wave no chair to set in for the desk no face clothes to take a shower but was all resolved shortly after that

Not a fan - property is run down, and didn’t smell good. My first room was disgusting, the staff quickly found me a replacement room - which was nice. Walls are thin… so super noisy, and the internet/TV doesn’t work. Random patches on the walls and bath, old carpet. Friends who stayed in the area paid a comparable amount and their hotels were okay. Wouldn’t recommend.

No help after i call about the tv they siad someone was coming check in around 430 satbin the roon and wait it

The room was very clean, the staff most helpful, and the grounds and parking lot immaculate. It was quiet and when I had a problem, the staff was ready to help with anything I needed.

Need to clean the air conditioner. Too much dust
