We were traveling to Colorado and stopped to stay there. They did not have a roll out bed to accommodate us. We ended up losing $120.00 due to the cleanliness and finding spiders in the room. Wanted a refund but would not give it to us. Don’t recommend.

These people are scammers. They told me that Booking.com had made a mistake with my reservation and that they had to delete it. It was 1 a.m., and the solution they gave me was to make it with them for $30 more. When I managed to contact Booking.com and file a complaint, the manager came up to my room to kick me out of the hotel. I spoke to other guests, and they told me they do this all the time. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL.
The only issue was that in room 109 the bed made a terrible noise on the one side as there must be a broken spring(s) in the box spring mattress.
USUSUSI accidentally booked the wrong dates and the manager fixed it without any issues and didn’t charge me extra.

building itself is rundown with improvements trying to hide this fact. I got Handicap Accessible room so no tub but floor drain that wasn't in the shower stall was NOT the low spot so water from the shower just flows onto the bathroom flow without draining. Wi-fi is NOT reliable.
The front desk girl was the most rude woman i have ever met. Stuck up and lied about a deposit then called the manager to come size us up in the lobby
Everything was pretty nice. I was so glad we were able to check in even though it was 3:00 am. The only thing that I was misinformed about was the times for breakfast. The front desk clerk said breakfast was 6:00 to 10:00 so I set my alarm to 9 and thought I would be able to get a little bit of breakfast before I checked out but mom thru Fri I’d 6-9 😏. Thank you for the stay though 😊. Ruth A
