Very clean and friendly

Staff was so friendly and helpful. When they realized we had a baby, they changed our room to one they thought would be warmer for her. The room was clean, tidy and the location was quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Not bad, had a decent assortment of items

The owner and front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and informative. We were a bit late to breakfast one morning and without a pause they went and brought out different foods for us. They offered bagels & fruit to take on a hike. We were going to just go get breakfast because we were late & had no expectations of them dragging everything back out for us. They gave us a bunch of suggestions for activities and local restaurants. The location is about 5 minutes from the historic downtown and we felt safe walking around the area at night. The beds were comfortable and the room was well put together and clean. The only downside were the hard pillows, four on each bed but uncomfortable. The parking area was clean and they added seating and some nice aesthetics to make it a more appealing view from the windows. You can have mountain views from both sides of the building. There was an outdoor hot tub that looked clean and inviting but we did not have a chance to use it. A very relaxed and casual place to stay with a great staff. We would absolutely stay here again!

The pillows were the only downside for us. Very hard and a bit lumpy, like a buckwheat pillow. Nothing else at all comes to mind. It was a good find.
