Staff don’t seem to know they’re in the hospitality business. Check in person was unfriendly. Good luck finding anyone in the morning to get things replaced in the breakfast area or during checkout. Breakfast offerings were pretty meagre.

I stayed here due to an emergency vehicle repair. Made reservation online through travel app for cheaper price. When I arrived shaken from my experience via concierge car from dealership, proprietress cancelled my online order, charged me more for my room. I requested a late checkout for the next day as my car would not be ready, she refused stating she would have to charge me by the hour for anything past 11. The next morning I got the bill, realized the price difference and when questioning the change she stated that I needed a room because of the emergency and we didn't have time to deal with the travel app. When asked about staying until 2 she refused again and since the time for repair was unknown I booked the room for another night. Standing water in hallway. Light switches didn't work. When I got notified at 230 that my vehicle was ready I went to check out. The husband was at desk. Asked me why I didn't ask for a late checkout instead of pay for the room. I told him that I was told it wasn't an option without paying. He gave me half my room charge back on my card.

The quality of the suite was not worth the value. It was a storage room that they stuffed another bed into. There were no closets, stacks of extra chairs and no room to move. The room had a horrible smell to it and staff would just interrogate me on why I was there and even admitted it was over priced but would bot do anything about it.

Not much of a breakfast

It was convenient the hallways and public areas were reasonably.Clean and tidy new units in the Bobby.We're a little less than desired but are an hvac guy so I understand that. The stopper in the bathtub was non functional so it required inserting a rubber stopper which was not in the room. Having been the facilities executive maintenance manager at an 84 bedroom.I know it's hard to keep up but that's a reasonably easy fix in most cases.

As mentioned, we had to get a rubber stopper for the bath tub from the front desk, and he had a hard time finding one. I tried to refill my drinking cup with ice and water.But the ice dispenser and the water available tasted terrible. I would hope that the water supply to your coffee maker in the breakfast room is filtered. If so I would recommend tapping off of that supply line and installing a drink ice and water dispenser in the breakfast room for direct consumption. If it is not filtered , please install filters.

Inadequate. No fruit or decaf coffee.

The room was small, dark and drab. perhaps a better location would help. The location was very handy , but a different location with maybe lighting some windows might be a better way to start a day for a weary traveler

I don't usually eat breakfast but i appreciated the pop machine where i could get mountain dew.
