Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. Nearby there is a great beach, public one, with bar and all required facilities. Host is super friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask her a questions as you'll get the best recommendations.

The room we stayed in was pretty cramped and there was no place for luggage or even a wardrobe or safe to keep valuables. For us it wasn't a problem though as we didin't spend much time there

Great value for money and super clean in a great location close to the beach

The room is beautiful, clean, and a good size for two people. The jacuzzi is also a definite plus. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive to our needs! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away!

The only issue we had was with the shower. Sometimes when we turned on the shower, we had to wait for approximately 5-10 minutes to get hot water.

It looked like a done up property in a poor area.

An apartment in a block of flats. Protection all round the building because chunks of cement were falling off higher apartments. The decor was fine but ruined by tacky accessories eg dusty plastic flowers and black and red sequinned table cloths. Not one window had a view-walls every where. Outside area very unkempt. No parking.

Clean, modern, air conditioned, fridge, nice bathroom, Jacuzzi, no mosquito’s, clean tidy communal kitchen. Nice hospitality from the host.

sink had a crack that leaked into the bottom draw, but I pointed this out & they should fix in the winter. Good location about 20 min walk to the main plaza of shops.
