"Bad. Will reconsider quality inn location’s again to not use them."

Mattress was comfortable.

The location was in a rough area, the floors were dirty, toilet plugged, exterior doors weren’t locked, breakfast was not convenient and the coffee maker was not clean.

The breakfast was nice, the room was very nice, but one waitress and very many customers. Long wait times, Would suggest a self serve method when conditions are like this.

See above for food service. Also, extremely outdated and old looking and while there were people , i.e. maids working hard to keep up with cleanliness, just the wear and tear of years is showing and many times looked drab or dirty.

We were so close to the bridge, so we were able to get over to PP to do all of the Mothman things. It was quiet and clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Our DoorDash sadly lacked our Ranch for our salad, so I asked the bartender and she jumped right on it and helped us out. Breakfast was massive and delicious. Definitely a must-choose if you are aiming to spend time in PP and need a hotel!

Can't think of anything. Maybe more lighting in the room near the mirror, but that is all I can think of. Someone did set the alarm for 6am previously, but that's obviously not the staff's fault : )
