Days Inn by Wyndham Pueblo

Dirty place and druges out side and across the parking lot. I should of moved on and keep on going down the road.

The room was clean. The bed was really firm. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selections.

The set up the bathroom.

Dirty room burn marks all over the comforter and sheets. The smoke detector was disabled. There was food splatter on the ceiling. No cold water shower burn you to death.

Horrible experience everything was disgusting the beds the bathroom the carpet walls we had to use disinfecting wipes and clean the areas we used, the swimming pool had a sign from sanitation department telling people to stay out because it was unsafe

The front desk staff was the only positive thing about this experience! She was very sweet and so helpful. The rest of the hotel the AC went out in the entire hotel, it was almost 100 degrees. The rooms hadn't been vacuumed well, and it overall was in a terrible area! There's homeless walking around and asking for money. The hotel pool is in serious construction so that is not available, the laundry machines weren't working and people yelling from their rooms. I had just me and the kids, and didn't feel real safe.

There was trash on the floor and under our bed, food in the AC unit and on the floor, and bed bugs - we left right away and tried to check out but apparently they charged us for the whole stay.

Cost was reasonable

Booked a smoking room. There was no ash tray in the room or available when requested. In room coffee was not restocked .Water temperature was not adjustable in the shower.

Room was clean-ish. Mini refrigerator was disgusting. Ice machine/ soda machine/ laundry was down and the breakfast was only cereal cups and mini muffins.
