Convenient, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet. Although the room was quite basic and small, it was clean, free of any unpleasant odors, excellent and fairly quiet air conditioning.

Very adequate, clean, helpful and friendly staff

The single staff worker at the front desk was amazing when we checked in late at night. She was so sweet. For being a hotel that claimed they were recently updated, it sure did not appear so. The room just had a smell of stale air. Just not what I expected from a Marriott Hotel.

It was a nice stay. The room was good and comfortable. On the downside, there was not any bread for toast, only bagels. No fruit or muffins to eat or take away.

We enjoy staying at this hotel and do so two times per year. The hotel is always clean and inviting, however, this time, we noticed that there were many things that needed maintenance. They include: The lighted mirror did not work; The electricle receptacle GFIC did not work; The water pressure was too low in the shower; One of the two elevators did not work; There was no functioning guest computer; Finally, there was not AC instructions on how to turn off the air conditioning. ROOM 205. Please address these items as we want to come back.

I've stayed at this property more than a dozen times over the past four years, and the quality has rapidly gone very much downhill. I always counted on a clean, comfortable stay here; no more. I'll try the Spring Hill Suites next door next time I'm here (I come here on work travel every other month or so). Of the two elevators, one wasn't working and the other shuddered violently on every trip...enough that I thought I was going to get stuck. Poor water pressure in the shower. Shower door wouldn't close all the way so there was water all over the floor no matter how hard I tried to be neat. I get that housekeeping is limited Fridays through Sundays, but if you're going to do that leave enough towels and washcloths behind to get through the three days! They didn't do that. Despite putting my late-checkout request in the app, the front desk had no record of it. The front-desk agent asked me if I could adjust my plans...I'd rather not, since I requested it for a very specific reason and requested it in advance. The whole property has become very dirty, run-down, and smelly...despite the fact that it seems there was a renovation a couple of years ago. The only high-point was in the breakfast area, where the young man running it was attentive to everyone, kept the area operating-room clean, and maintained stock despite an extra-heavy breakfast crush -- two high-school-age travel softball teams staying at the property, so all the athletes were downstairs at the same time loading up on breakfast. The teams added an extra layer of unpleasantness that was not the hotel's fault: running up and down the hallways at 11 o'clock at night or later, goofing around, laughing, and knocking on random doors and running away. Can't blame this property's management for that...

Bed was comfortable & shower hot.

Booked king room with sofa pull out. Gave us cheaper double queen, didnt even say that it was overbooked. Went all the way to our room to see error This was at midnight after driving all the way from fort eisenhower (military family) Had to haul everything back downstairs to be told we were just out of luck. I have no further words.

Everyone was nice and helpful.

I would love to see bidets in some of the rooms.9
