"Unflexibel"

Wie immer in Ordnung und sehr freundlich. as Frühstück war allerdings sehr mangelhaft: kein Brot, kein Ei...( wegen derzeitiger Eisituation) aber da muss man sich dann etwas anderes dazu einfallen lassen . Das war armselig, schießlich ist es ja nicht gratis.

I am very unhappy with the stay, I requested non smoking room, and my booking was done almost 5 months before, when I checked in they gave me a room in a smoking floor. the front desk staff was very rude, he didn't wanted to hear what I have to say, he said I have no more rooms, and he can't help me with a non smoking room, When they allocating rooms they should check the request of the customers, I am allergic to smoke and it was very unpleasant stay, I tried to stay outside as long as I can they only enter to the room to sleep, bathroom was so tiny even can't move.

Well located, basic rooms and facilities we found a gem of a place to eat which made our night. Nothing to make it stand out from the crowd, just a place to pit your head down.

no frills, but definitely more than adequate. Easy public transport into central Frankfurt. Good breakfast buffet. mattress was not so good...but hey at that price, it was fine for a few days.

Good price, close to U-Bahn. What bothered me was that we were supplied with only one body towel. How can 2 adults manage it with one towel?
