1 shuttle and was an hour and a half to get a ride downtown therefore 3 shuttles were full prior to being able to ride downtown, our party was split and we returned to order pizza from our room in order to eat together

Location was Great. Check in was excellent. Shuttle service was excellent.

Pool was broken, could not use. Elevator was broken. Took Some time to fix it. Bonvoy members should Not have to pay for parking.
