"Got the job done comfortably "

It was great. Exactly what I needed for a business trip. It's in an odd location but it's close to the freeway and not far from a grocery store. Wasn't able to check- in early but the front staff assisted in helping me out and getting me a place to change before my meeting started.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We loved our spacious room which had a large balcony that provided views of the water, boats and marsh. The outside patio area had lots of seating with gorgeous views of the water and marina to enjoy during the day or at night. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was helpful. The hotel shuttle was very convenient!

Would have been a wonderful stay except for the fire alarm-defective alarm-go off at midnight! Then we went down the stairs to the parking area and the door was locked! We went back up to the lobby and went out the lobby door there-thank goodness there wasnโ€™t a fire in the lobby! It was the second time the alarm went off and then it happened again a couple days later!!

"Great place to stay in Charleston"

Beautiful waterfront, downtown shuttle, pool was warm. Staff was friendly and everything worked. Was comfortable. Coffee in the room. Hot shower. Lots of space.

It's a chain hotel, so personality is not the same as an independent BnB.

"Delicious and Comfy!"

Food options were excellent (small market for snacks and counter-order restaurant for bigger things). My omelet was delivered to me by the chef and was absolutely delicious. The beds were very comfortable. Normally I awake in the morning on a hotel bed with an aching back. Not this time. A great night's sleep was had by all!

"Long weekend away"

Great location, 20/25 min walk to downtown or use the free shuttle from the hotel which is a great service and runs every 30 mins. We used it a lot. Lovely hotel, very nicely laid out. Lovely courtyard and pool area, lots of space. Rooms very comfortable. Very clean. Has everything you need. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the front deal people werenโ€™t friendly or welcoming. They werenโ€™t rude and they were efficient BUT not a greeting nor a smile at any point from checking in to whenever I approached the desk. They wouldnโ€™t stop me from staying again though . Great hotel and will return when in the area. We were going to a concert at credit one stadium - 20 min easy drive

Schรถn gelegen am Fluss mit Zugang zum Steg, von dort aus schรถner Blick auf das Hotel. Kostenloser Shuttlebus fรคhrt alle halbe Stunde ins Zentrum, sehr freundliche Fahrerin!!! Zimmer sauber, groรŸer Balkon. Parkplatz 12$ / Tag.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt, Reparatur angefordert, zustรคndiger Mitarbeiter konnte es nicht beheben, was eine unschรถne Nacht zur Folge hatte. Ausstattung des Zimmers eher altmodisch, aber sauber.
