Location.

Light switches were upside down. TV remote did not work. Internet connection kept dropping off. Spider in the tub.

The location is close to the highway.

Bathroom was extremely small, the exhaust fan cover wasn't on, the tiles were dirty around the toilet and mirror has chips at the bottom. The lights in the room were dim and mismatched between neutral white and warm white, switches all over the place that controlled outlets/lights at different locations in the room. For price of room there was no continental breakfast. The whole hotel is not modernized.
