"Lovely staff, safe and good amenities."

Spacious room, beds made everyday, range of breakfast options which change daily, good amenities - loved that there was free access to the non-motorised activities on the beach and the beach loungers and umbrellas were free and always readily available by security upon arrival for use all day. Staff were very friendly, we got welcome drinks, were always greeted pleasantly by all staff from. There are 3 swimming pools and free use of extra towels for the pool (they also let you take these for the beach too). There's giant chess on the patio and also a book area which is really lovely, lots of books I assume left by other travellers but is a nice touch. There's also a 24hr gym facility and laundry room too.

Our room was a bit far from the entrance, although I don't think the hotel complex was full. Not a huge deal, but just meant we had to walk further to breakfast or to the entrance/exit everyday. We also had a door in our room which was not explained (I assumed this was a conjoining rooms door) and it was locked. We did faintly hear the neighbours watching TV but wasn't an issue really, as we were all fairly quiet and respective so it didn't disturb us. For safety, would have been good to be explained what this was upon entry though.
