Courtyard Cleveland Beachwood

Mixed review on this hotel that just opened after a renovation. The beds were comfortable, the tv was nice and big, and the room was clean and quiet. The bad… the toilets were extremely low to the ground with no grab bars available. Potentially a huge problem. Refrigerator was minuscule and laid out weirdly so nothing fit. No toiletry amenities, just cheap soap. No shower cap provided, etc. BUT, good quality Kleenex. Overall, between a 3-4*, since the good outweighed the bad.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard Cleveland Beachwood on Sunday night. I arrived very late and was greeted by a friendly font desk host who got me into my room quickly and painlessly. The rooms are very nice - big and roomy, clean, and well appointed with anything you would need. The bed was mega-comfortable and hard to get out of in the morning! The location is west of the city in safe and well-lit area. I really appreciate the noon check-out too, I wish more hotels would do that. It really eases the pressure of checking out on time with that extra hour. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers to or through the Cleveland area. I’ll certainly be back!

We are a touring band traveling from Cleveland, OH to Troy, NY and recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Beachwood, Cleveland, and had a very positive experience. The parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available right near the entrance, making it easy to get in and out. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and quick, which added to the overall hassle-free vibe of the stay. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed, a large TV, and a cozy couch area. The bathroom was also spotless. A nice bonus was the accessible washer and dryer. The coffee and breakfast stand in the lobby was a great feature, offering a quick and easy option before heading on the road again.
