Courtyard Cleveland Beachwood

RENOVATION WAS TAKING PLACE. AND I DID NOT SEE THE PRINT NOTICE AT THE END OF THE WEBSITE. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT TOP OF PAGE. I HAVESERVERE ALLERGIES., THE ROOM WAS CLEAN INSIDE THE MESS DOWNSTAIRS.

The renovations caused some real,problems. The check in was so noisy, we had trouble communicating . Then the only elevator we could use would not open and we had to use the stairs. Very inconvenient for whe. You are in your seventies. I turned off the heat because the fan made such a loud noise, I couldn’t sleep.

Rooms were nice.

Wasn’t told about the renovation. Poor signage to direct guests from the parking lot to check in. Breakfast was very simple and lackluster.

It was under construction / renovation, not disturbing though. The lack of coffee available to guests in the lobby was a disappointment. The staff, however, was so kind and friendly.

Front counter staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel was under construction.

I do a lot of traveling and I have to say what really stood out here was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was there 5 days and 4 nights and I felt like I was leaving a lot of friends when I left. They are currently remodeling so I can't comment on future facilities but it was still okay. Short walk to a new shopping area full of great food and shops. I will go back.
