"Ok but bad location"

Convenience off the highway. Very friendly and welcoming desk staff.

A bit dated but not the biggest issue. The hotel is across from an old hotel transformed into subsidized housing. My husband and I were approached by a homeless person outside asking us for money.

"Convenient basic hotel for one night stay allowing dogs."

Close proximity to I-95, cleanliness, reliable staff.

Door was locked from inside due to a problem with the latch when we wanted to enter. Some shady persons in the area. The mini fridge operated like a freezer and froze all our food by the morning.

"For a overnight stay the hotel is good"

The Hotel is very simple, it could have a upgrade in the room, but it was clean and the breakfast offer was nice, overall for a overnight place to stay it was good,

"Rude and insensitive front desk employee"

Close to the interstate and food and gas. It was very clean and nice and welcoming inside. Grounds were not very desirable.

This is my second time staying at that hotel location. I had a very nice experience the first time and a horrible experience the second time. The front desk staff ( not Amelia- she was wonderful both stays) Another nasty front desk employee was rude and extremely insensitive to my issue with a dog that was left alone in the room)barking for several hours. After repeated calls and a trip to front desk at 11:30 pm (after driving for 8 hours)she decides to move me into a different room instead of the person causing the problem. She was extremely rude.
