small hotel, very basic, friendly staff. nothing special the city has many nicer hotels. even the taxi drivers didn't know this hotel. price included breakfast - we went to the corner café for a great breakfast

"Two weeks at Hotel Botagoz, Astana"

I spent 2 weeks at Botagoz at the end of August 2011 and everything has gone fine. Great position in the new part of the city (left bank), clean and large room, and even if few people of the staff don not speak English, all of them were extremely helpful. Free wifi was available in the room. They prefer cash payment more than via credit card.
