"NOT in the rain"

The hotel staff were professional and courteous in every circumstance. I was disappointed with the basic structural amenities. (This facility does not have a covered area for loading/unloading. We arrived during heavy rain and the absence was very noticeable, disappointing, and showed evidence of poor strategic planning at the corporate level. Wisconsin has more than its fair share of inclement weather.)

It is positioned on a busy road so it was kind of noisy. Breakfast lacked things like salt and pepper and not much variety. The room was very clean and well stocked. I’d stay there again.

I took my 8 year granddaughter to stay at your hotel and she loved it! The pool was the perfect size and appeared clean. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was perfect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Per my granddaughters request, we will be back.
