"Nice but too expensive"

Nice sized rooms.

We had to pay for parking which I’d have liked free and also for the money we paid for the room I’d have appreciated if breakfast was as included and not chargeable as extra. Also I’ve not had my invoice emailed to me.

Good hotel with a great staff.

Amazingly high nightly prices. This hotel used to be our go-to for overnight stays before and/or after overseas trips. At well over $400 per night, we have had to look elsewhere. For our upcoming trip in September, we found an airport hotel that was $100 less per night and equally convenient. Wake up, Hyatt. Stop gouging.

"As in the past, the best place to stay at Boston Airport, and one of the best Airport hotels in the US"

Location is+++, views, restaurant

Toilet had been left unflushed ( and that probably meant unchecked) or…. Someone on staff or an ex guest who’s roomie had not been deactivated he is the room after it had been cleaned
