Great location on the water. Water taxi takes you to most points of interest in the city. Minutes from Logan International. Plenty of parking available for a nominal fee. Nice convenient restaurant on property.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Clean, friendly staff, amazing amenities like discount at the hotel restaurant and free clam chowder and the VIEW! WOW! Simply amazing. Don’t stay downtown. I was worried about staying right next to the airport but those rooms are soundproof. I never heard anything! And I’m a light sleeper.

I've been a Hyatt loyalist for well over a decade and this location is a standout. I think a lot of people sleep on it and assume it's just another airport hotel. In reality, it's my go-to whenever I stay in the city. We had family members flying in from a few different states, so it just made sense from a logistics standpoint. But this location has one of the best views of Boston, hands-down. If you want the luxury of walking out the door of your hotel and strolling to the hotspots, this isn't the place for you. BUT... the water taxi will get you just about anywhere you want to be and it's a great experience, particularly for out-of-towners. The in-house restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, but there's enough variety to eat for a few days without repeating. The quality is excellent and the mixed drinks are good, too. Great spot. Great team. Great amenities. Unique experience. Highly recommended.

GREAT location! It was nice being on the water and away from the hustle and bustle. The airport shuttle is SO convenient. The management treats their staff very well, and it is evident from their service. Rooms have small fridges, if you want to bring snacks or libations, as there is nothing nearby. We did water taxi, uber, and lyft; but my favorite was the ferry. Water taxi was the most inconvenient. Say hello to Gabi at the front desk and Jorge in the bar!
