The Hilton at Boston Airport is consistently high quality, good price and excellent service. After 20 years of coming here, the rooms are always clean, excellently maintained and the staff and food always great. We often take the water taxi into the historic district for a short visit which is super convenient to the hotel. Overall, we can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Upon check-in, the Filipina/Asian girl (with no name tag) was not very friendly nor even cracked a smile. As a Globalist, my breakfast was not complimentary even though I had the Presidential Suite. I would have preferred the other Hyatt properties in the area but they were all sold out.
