"Fantastic Resort"

Fantastic property with a wide range of activities, including a new 2-acre lagoon. Its only downside is that it’s far from downtown San Antonio.

"Great resort - work on housekeeping"

Love this resort, the amenities and the staff. The lagoon is beautiful and a great addition. The only negative I seen during the week is housekeeping - spiderwebs in lap.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas from April 9 to 12. A special thank you to Angel Cunningham, Front Office Manager, and Gabriel Rezende Da Silva, Villa and Guest Experience Manager, for going above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and memorable. They were both incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Because of celiac, they arranged a microwave for us, which made a big difference and showed real care. They also kindly provided a late checkout because of our late flight, which helped our travel day so much easier. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made us feel truly valued as guests. We are very grateful for their help and would gladly stay here again.

"Thoroughly Charmed"

We loved it! The staff was so accommodating and nice. My kids LOVED the lazy river and we all agreed it’s the best we’ve been on. Floating under the trees was magical. We had s’mores every night and loved the movie on the lawn with popcorn and blankets. The grounds are stunning and my kids are begging to go back!
