The outside doors did not lock. The building was filthy.

After 3 Keys wouldn’t open our room door. Manager offered us a different room. After trekking up & down the steep stairs to get a key that worked it was 11:30 pm, We were to tired! We just kept the room we were in. ( With no working key) We are an older couple and asked for a bottom floor room. Management said the 1rst floor was sold out. Although there was only 4 cars in the parking lot. Then the T.V. Didn’t work. Back down the stairs to get the manager. He said he could bring us a smart T.V. Although we would need Hulu or something on our phone to make the T.V. Work. We declined, and just took showers only one towel and washcloth to share just like the one (expected to share) coffee cup. The hot tub & pool are perpetually broken don’t let the pictures fool you! And the entire place is sadly filthy. One good thing they do offer 24 hr cold cereal to give you the energy to climb up & Down the steep stairs to get the items your room should already have. Highly suggest keeping your shoes on at all times. Make life easy, Find a different place to stay!!

First the only reason I chose this hotel was because they had a pool and hot tub. Got there it was closed. I got an upstairs room, lugged all my stuff up there for the room to be dirty. The gentleman who checked in after me, same thing, got a dirty room. To cut costs he does it all on his own and only opens the pool and hot tub for limited months.

The fridge in the room was broken. The bathroom door was broken. The room keys stopped working. The towels were dirty. No soap in the room. The sheets were dirty. The floor was disgusting. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 but it wasn’t put out till mush later. Did not enjoy the stay at all!

There were no blankets, the bed was broken, and I got eaten up by bed bugs. I have pictures of bits around my neck and arm. I walked out into the hall and it was freezing. The door going out side was open.

I stayed here as I was passing through town. This hotel is right off the hwy (within a minute). Once there, I was greeted by staff (I had already scheduled in advance when I was arriving) Breakfast is served 6 am to 9 am! (See photos). I didn't expect the spread that was provided

I finally got to the room, it was very cold. I tried to use the heater/ac, but it only read Celsius as the setting. I finally figured it out! I walked around the room before unloading my stuff. (See photos). The bathroom was in working order but not very clean (water stains on the shower head). The toilet was very round and noisy (high-pitched squealing). The shower pressure was nice, but the temperature verified (got hot out of nowhere). The hand towel had some stains on it. The bed was firm and smaller than the description (I picked a queen, but it was a full). The TV worked but didn't always read when changing channels/volume. The pillows seem worn out (no fluff at all). Things surrounding the property. The outside of the property was trash around the parking lot. They have a pool and fitness room available, but we're both closed.
