Receptionisten fortalte os at vi befandt os på 2. etage i receptionen. Receptionen var i gadeplan. Hun fortalte at vores værelse lå på første sal og vi skulle tage en elevator ned. Værelset var i KÆLDEREN. Ikke på første sal og ikke i gadeplan. Jeg vil anbefale hotellet bare at informere om at det er et kælderværelse frem for at lyve. For hvis man ved man får så er det fint, men at blive løjet for ved check det er ikke okay.
