"Above and beyond"

We got stuck in a snow storm and had to stop for the night. In the morning my car and trailer were blocked into the parking lot by 2 cars in front and behind. We had no idea how we were going to get out. The front desk managers were so helpful and Mike even got in the car and did an amazing 3 point turn to get us out. They really went above and beyond with smiles on their faces! Thanks Mike

"If the pool was heated I wouldve loved my stay"

That the pool was cold bacon wasnt done completely
