I needed a night stay close to the hospital to visit my nephew, and this location did not disappoint. I've been to other hotels in the area, but I had too many problems. For this location, from fast friendly check in, to breakfast, the next day, everything was worth the stay! Clean facility, clean dining area, clean bathroom, white clean sheets, and clean towels. Definitely will be staying here again.

I couldn't regulate the heat in the room. We turned off the air, and the room warmed up. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Property is in good condition and comfortable. Ample breakfast, quiet at night.

Dehumidifiers in every room are effective but too loud to keep running continuously. Also, I turned mine on overnight, and when I woke up it was full and said the room humidity was 80%. Why is the hotel so humid?

"Friendly staff, wonderful room & comfortable beds, great location, great breakfast"

Breakfast was very good. Hot, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, along with fresh fruit, muffins, etc., and of course, coffee & juice. Also plenty of tables & seating!

"Great clean hotel!"

This is a super clean hotel in a very safe abd quiet area. Rooms are super comfortable. Staff is wonderful... My only wish is that they would allow pets, and this would be our go-to hotel for Springfield (my home town). It's a great hotel!!

Outside was clean, lobby was clean, friendly staff, and very quiet.
