Pinnacle Apartments

I had booked a one-bedroom apartment but we were given a 2-bedroom apartment without any other payment required.

We visited Canberra to spend some quality time with our family and chose Pinnacle Apartments based on its excellent review ratings. After our stay, I can confidently say that the ratings are well deserved. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well suited for a family trip. Its location was excellent, with many tourist attractions and shopping facilities conveniently nearby. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy our time together. Overall, our experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend Pinnacle Apartments to families visiting Canberra. It is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient family stay.

Overall, we had a good stay, and the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We did notice that some of the kitchen utensils were not completely clean, the dishwasher was not working properly, and one of the blankets appeared to be unclean. However, as we did not raise these concerns with the staff during our stay, we cannot comment on how they would have been addressed. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was positive.

Location was great, plus staff was accommodative of two parking. Bathrooms were good.

Cleaning was good but could be better. Microwave could do with an upgrade or better cleaning.

the place was spacious, with good amenities (but see below), comfortable, clean, in a good location (close to shops, eateries, and a but to the centre of town). The shower was excellent, it had multiple TVs and was a pleasanet place to be in. The capsule coffee maker was nice too.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were way too thick, and while possible for a patry of 7 (which is what we booked) the place is really designed for 6 in terms of sleeping arrangements (also linnen, towls etc.). And while the kitchen was well equipped many things did not work very well, from the microwave that has to be switched off from the socket to stop making noise, to non-stick pans that lost the non stick bit a while ago, to knives that don't cut, stove that needs much incouragement to work properly, air conn that struggles to keep the place warm etc. - all small things for sure (sofa bed and pillows excepted) there were quite a few of them.
