The apartment felt quite dated and is in need of a serious refresh. We had a major issue with the washing machines; despite running a full cycle, our clothes came out looking like they hadn’t been washed at all. They need to be replaced. Additionally, the TV and internet were very unreliable the connection kept dropping and whatever we were watching would strangely loop or restart.

The booking process and check-in were smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival experience pleasant.

Staff were generally polite, but response to an urgent request was quite slow. We found a large spider in the room behind the curtain, and it took around 15 minutes for it to be addressed. The staff member also appeared uncomfortable dealing with the situation. While the issue was eventually resolved, the response time could be improved.

They looked after us very well.
