Delux garden view room , room number 343. We had a wonderful stay at IMLAUER Hotel. The highlight was the exceptional service from the reception team, especially Gala and Richard, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their recommendations and thoughtful honeymoon surprise with a welcome note and chocolates made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, very quiet, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was large, clean, and featured double sinks, while towels were refreshed daily. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, bus stops, Old Town, and shopping areas. My only minor suggestion would be to provide additional toiletries such as hand lotion and body wash in the room by default rather than upon request. While the hotel is relatively expensive, the excellent service, comfort, and location made it a great stay.
