The bed was too soft for me, bought a sleeping pad to improve comfort.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, professional and super helpful, including adjusting the bikes to make them easier to manage and providing extra breakfast tea! Cannot rate them highly enough. Breakfast was one of the best ever - I would come back just for that.
