"Overal it was good stay for first time"

Location, restaurant, bar, nice clean pool No handicap parking available

Rooms are not updated,old furniture, and decor, the bathroom tub had a large rust stain no handicap bar to hold on to to get in /out No luggage carrier available had to ask for help from staff The Charge for Parking for disabled veteran should be complimentary The Charge for water in room to make coffee Lots of Ants on lounging chairs pool area

The maid put on report that I drank 2 bottles of water, when in fact I used one for coffee.

Not charging me for something when the clerk said I was zeroed out when I checked out.

My go to place to stay in San Antonio.

The parking garage was not secure, and no key was needed to enter. My stroller was missing from the top of my car. I’m not sure if it was taken from the hotel or what but I’m assuming it was in the parking garage because we never left the car unattended other than there

"It was very enjoyable!"

The location was great the staff was friendly. The room was very clean. The only thing was the bath towels were still damp. But did not effect our visit at all.

Maybe dry the towels better.
